Step by Step

First Consultation

With a fertility doctor and totally free of charge. This consultation lasts approximately one hour.

We will get to know each other: we want you to feel comfortable, to ask all the questions you consider necessary in order to solve all your doubts. We will accompany you from the first day onwards.

You will study with your doctor your situation, your medical history, family history and we will start the diagnosis to choose your treatment.

We will prescribe the medical tests you need and guide you on the costs of the most appropriate treatments for you.

Medical Examinations

Ultrasound and catheter test (test to choose the most appropriate cannula to perform the insemination or embryo transfer). Also a radiological examination of the fallopian tubes in the case of artificial inseminations.

Full blood test with hormone profile

In the case of IVF and AI, as well as to rule out infectious diseases (in all cases). We will also analyse your thyroid profile if you undergo Donor Egg IVF or Embryo Adoption.

Semen analysis

If applicable.

You can do the consultation by videoconference and perform the medical tests with your gynaecologist in your country of residence, without having to travel. We can coordinate with your gynaecologist if necessary.

Second consultation

We confirm the treatment and we start.

The results of the examinations and tests will determine if you are ready to start or if we need to perform any other tests.

If the doctor considers that we can start, he will prescribe medication according to your treatment: either to start your ovarian stimulation or to prepare your womb lining.

We will confirm the costs and arrange payment.

You will need to sign the necessary legal consents and permissions to carry out the treatment.

In treatment

Both your doctor and an assistant will accompany you throughout the process.

We will do ultrasound checks to see how your ovaries are responding to the medication. Two check-ups are usually enough.

The doctor will decide the best time for the ovarian puncture to extract your eggs and proceed to IVF or to perform the Artificial Insemination or embryo transfer.

If your treatment is IVF, you will have to wait three to five days after the egg pick-up before the embryo transfer, a magical moment.

You can attend the consultation by videoconference and perform the medical tests with your gynaecologist at your country of residence, without having to travel. We can coordinate with your gynaecologist if necessary.
